Returns & Exchanges

Brain Dead accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please note that all collaborative releases and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus a standard restocking fee.
